3. Legal basis<\/h2>\n\t\t\t

The legal basis for the use of cookies that are not strictly necessary is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). Technical or strictly necessary cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under art. 22.2 LSSI-CE itself, as they are essential to provide the service you requested. Preference, analytics and marketing cookies are NOT installed until you accept them: until then, the third-party scripts that generate them stay blocked. If you reject, none of them are installed.<\/p>\n\t\t\t

As evidence of your choice we store the date, the categories accepted, the version of this policy, the browser and a pseudonymised identifier (salted hash) of your IP address. That identifier is still personal data: the IP does not appear in the clear, but we do not treat it as anonymous.
