Toothpaste wholesale
Buy toothpaste in bulk directly from the company that formulates and makes it. Our own plant in Cantabria, Spain, our own R&D, and no intermediary between the factory and your warehouse.
We supply our own brand, Pierrot. Not a marketplace listing and not a trading company.

If you are sourcing toothpaste in bulk, you have three options: a marketplace, a trading company, or the manufacturer. This page is about the third one. Pierrot has been making toothpaste in Spain since 1945 and sells it in more than sixty countries through local distributors.
We make it, we do not resell it
Formulation, production and quality control happen in Guarnizo, Cantabria. One less margin in the chain, and a direct line when something needs solving.
Seven toothpaste lines
Gum care, whitening, sensitivity, anti-plaque, fresh breath, children and fluoride-free, so one supplier covers the shelf.
Eighty years of the same formulas improving
A brand with a track record is easier to list and easier to repeat than an unbranded batch.
The toothpaste range
Seven lines that cover the categories a retailer actually needs. The complete catalogue, with formats, packaging and case counts, goes out with the first reply.
| Line | What it is for | Who buys it |
|---|---|---|
| Gum Protection | Daily care for gums that bleed or are inflamed | Pharmacy and parapharmacy, adults over 35 |
| Healthy Gums | Prevention and maintenance of healthy gums | Pharmacy, supermarket, everyday basket |
| Whitening | Stain removal and recovering natural tooth colour | The line that moves fastest in retail and in promotions |
| Sensitive | Sensitivity to cold, heat and sweet | Pharmacy, and the category with most brand loyalty |
| Anti-plaque | Controlling plaque build-up | Everyday care, family formats |
| Ultrafresh | Long-lasting fresh breath | Younger buyer, impulse and travel formats |
| Children | Piwy toothpaste and children’s kits | A category that repeats well and pulls the rest of the basket |
Toothbrushes, mouthwashes, floss and interdental are in the same catalogue: see oral care wholesale for the full category breakdown.
Manufacturer or marketplace
Buying toothpaste in bulk from a marketplace listing is fast and it is cheap until something goes wrong. These are the differences that show up in month three, not in the first order.
Traceability. We can tell you the batch, the plant and the date for every unit, because we made it. A trader usually cannot.
Regulatory file. Oral care is regulated almost everywhere. We hold the technical documentation, the formulations and the certificates your registration needs, and we hand them over. A reseller has to ask someone else, if they can find them.
Shelf life. Product that comes from the manufacturer arrives fresh. Product that has been through two warehouses has already spent part of its life in them.
Continuity. If a line works for you, we can keep making it. A liquidation lot cannot be repeated, and you cannot build a listing on stock that will not come back.
Grey market. Buying from the brand means the brand knows you are there. It is the only way to have a territory that means anything.
What to check before you buy toothpaste in bulk
Six questions worth asking any supplier, us included. If the answers are vague, that is the answer.
- Who actually makes it Ask for the plant, not the company name on the invoice. A supplier that cannot name the factory is a link in a chain, not the source.
- Whether the formulation is registrable in your country Fluoride levels, permitted actives and claims vary by market. Get this checked before you order, not after customs.
- What documentation comes with it Technical file, safety report, certificates of analysis. Without them the registration cannot be filed.
- Packaging and language Which languages the carton and the tube can carry, and whether your market requires anything specific on the label.
- Case count and pallet Units per case and cases per pallet decide your landed cost as much as the unit price does.
- Whether it can be repeated Ask whether the reference is in the permanent catalogue or a one-off lot. It changes everything about how you list it.
If what you are looking for is not a one-off purchase but distributing the brand in your market, start with the guide on how to become a distributor.
How to order
Four steps, no surprises. The first one takes two minutes.
- Tell us your market and your channel Through the form on the distributors page. Pharmacy, supermarket, cash and carry, e-commerce or amenities: the answer changes which references we put in front of you.
- We check the territory We look at whether there is active distribution in your country and which formulations fit your regulations.
- Catalogue and terms We send the range, the formats, the case counts and the commercial terms for your market, in writing.
- First order We start with the selection that works best in your channel and widen it as the brand settles in.
Frequently asked questions
Do you sell toothpaste wholesale directly?
Yes. Pierrot is the brand of Fushima S.L., which manufactures it in Cantabria, Spain. We supply distributors, wholesalers and retail chains directly, without a trading company in between.
Where is the toothpaste manufactured?
In our own plant in Guarnizo, Cantabria, in the north of Spain, where our R&D department also sits. Every pack carries the made in Spain mark, which in several markets is a selling argument by itself.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the market, the references and the format, so we give you the figure in writing with the catalogue rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most buyers. Tell us your channel and your country and it comes back in the first reply.
Can I buy only toothpaste, or do I have to take the whole range?
You can start with toothpaste alone. Most partners then widen into toothbrushes, mouthwashes, floss and interdental, because the same buyer covers the whole category and it is one order and one invoice.
Do you supply private label or manufacture for other brands?
Not from here. This page is about wholesale of the Pierrot brand. Manufacturing for third parties belongs to the parent company, Fushima, and is a different conversation with a different team.
Who handles the registration in my country?
In most markets the distributor files the local registration and we supply the technical documentation, the formulations and the certificates the file needs. Ask us early: it is usually the longest part of the process.
Can the packaging be in my language?
Tell us which market you are in and what your regulations require on the label, and we will tell you what is possible for your volumes. It is one of the points we settle before the first order.
Do you have toothpaste for children?
Yes, the Piwy line and children’s kits, alongside Sharky and Gusy toothbrushes. In retail the children’s category repeats well and tends to pull the rest of the basket with it.
Brushes are the other half of the shelf: see toothbrush wholesale for the eight families and all bristle strengths.
To complete the shelf, see mouthwash and dental floss wholesale.
Shall we talk?
Tell us which market you work in and through which channel. We send you the full catalogue with formats, case counts and the terms for your market.
