Toothbrush wholesale
Buy toothbrushes in bulk from the company that makes them. Manual, electric, interdental and orthodontic, for adults and children, from our own plant in Cantabria, Spain.
We supply our own brand, Pierrot. Not a marketplace listing and not a trading company.

Toothbrushes are the widest part of our catalogue and the one that decides whether a distributor can cover the whole shelf with a single supplier. Pierrot has been making them in Spain since 1945 and sells them in more than sixty countries through local distributors.
We make them, we do not resell them
Design, production and quality control in Guarnizo, Cantabria. One less margin in the chain and a direct line when something needs solving.
Manual, electric and interdental
Adults, children, orthodontics and specialists, plus replacement heads and travel kits, so one order covers the whole section.
The category that comes back
A toothbrush is replaced every three months. It is the reference that brings the shopper back to the shelf, and it pulls the rest of the basket with it.
The toothbrush range
Eight families that between them cover the whole section. The complete catalogue, with bristle strengths, formats and case counts, goes out with the first reply.
| Family | What it covers | Where it sells |
|---|---|---|
| Adults | Manual brushes in different bristle strengths, head sizes and ergonomic handles | The base of the section, in every channel |
| Specialists | Brushes for specific needs: sensitive gums, post-surgery, small heads | Pharmacy and parapharmacy |
| Electric | Electric toothbrushes and replacement heads | Higher ticket, supermarket and e-commerce |
| Children | Sharky and Gusy brushes, by age, with grips designed for small hands | The category that repeats best and pulls the basket |
| Interdental | Interdental brushes in several sizes for cleaning between the teeth | Pharmacy, and growing everywhere |
| Orthodontics | ArcoDental brushes for adults and children with braces | Pharmacy and dental channel |
| Travel kits | Brush and case sets in travel format | Impulse, travel retail and hotel amenities |
| Accessories | Cases, tongue cleaners, denture boxes and replacement heads | Completes the section and lifts the average basket |
Toothpastes, mouthwashes and floss are in the same catalogue: see toothpaste wholesale and oral care wholesale.
What actually matters when you buy toothbrushes in bulk
Unit price is the easy part. These are the things that decide whether the order works once it is on the shelf.
Bristle quality and end-rounding. The difference between a brush that cleans and one that hurts the gums is whether the filament tips are rounded. It does not show in a photo and it shows in the returns.
Packaging for your channel. A blister that hangs on a hook is not the same as a flowpack for a basket or a multipack for hard discount. Say which one you need before the quote.
Case count and pallet. Units per case and cases per pallet decide your landed cost as much as the unit price does. Ask for both.
Assortment, not a single reference. A shelf needs soft, medium and hard, adult and child. Buying one reference in volume looks cheap and sells slowly.
Repeatability. A brush is a repeat purchase every three months. If the reference cannot be reordered in six months, it is not worth listing.
How to order
Four steps, no surprises. The first one takes two minutes.
- Tell us your market and your channel Through the form on the distributors page. Pharmacy, supermarket, cash and carry, e-commerce or amenities: the answer changes which references we put in front of you.
- We check the territory We look at whether there is active distribution in your country and which references fit your channel.
- Catalogue and terms We send the range, the bristle strengths, the packaging formats, the case counts and the commercial terms for your market, in writing.
- First order We start with an assortment that covers the shelf and widen it as the brand settles in.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell toothbrushes wholesale directly?
Yes. Pierrot is the brand of Fushima S.L., which manufactures in Cantabria, Spain. We supply distributors, wholesalers and retail chains directly, without a trading company in between.
Which bristle strengths do you make?
Soft, medium and hard, with different head sizes and handle designs across the adult range, plus specific brushes for children by age, for orthodontics and for specialist needs. The full breakdown goes out with the catalogue.
Do you supply electric toothbrushes and replacement heads?
Yes, both. Replacement heads matter more than they look: they are what turns an electric brush from a one-off sale into a repeat purchase.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the market, the references and the packaging format, so we give you the figure in writing with the catalogue rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most buyers.
Can I choose the packaging format?
Tell us your channel and we will tell you what is available for your volumes. Blister for hanging, flowpack and multipack behave very differently depending on where the product sits.
Do you supply private label or manufacture for other brands?
Not from here. This page is about wholesale of the Pierrot brand. Manufacturing for third parties belongs to the parent company, Fushima, and is a different conversation with a different team.
Can I order toothbrushes and toothpaste together?
Yes, and most partners do. One order, one invoice and one point of contact for the whole oral care section, which is one of the main reasons distributors consolidate the category with a single supplier.
Do you have brushes for braces?
Yes, the ArcoDental line for adults and children with orthodontic appliances, alongside the interdental range in several sizes.
To complete the shelf, see mouthwash and dental floss wholesale.
Shall we talk?
Tell us which market you work in and through which channel. We send you the full catalogue with bristle strengths, formats, case counts and the terms for your market.
